Take a deep breath...

Meditation I AM I CAN I WILL


Let’s start by asking  take a deep breath, close your eyes. Those thoughts that come up to your mind, let them go for this moment, no stress, no strife, no obstacles, no worry, that’s the outside.



Now Relax, relax, relax.

 Be at peace, let’s go to the inside, to the one you really are, the I AM.

Feel how good it is to be alive, I AM. I Exist, I AM

Enjoy the I AM, your existence, Feel good, feel relaxed in the knowing of your true Self.

I AM that IS, I need no reason for EXISTING because I AM.

Feel the Power of your true Self, Your I AM.

In the knowing that that’s All there IS. Your existence.

Remember that that’s always the reason of your being the I AM that IS.

Feel the absolute existent that you are the unquestionable I AM.

And because you exist you know I AM< I CAN> I WILL

That’s All there IS your I AM.

 

FEEL GOOD and in LOVE with Your I AM

 

Take a deep breath and remember when there is fear and doubt in your mind, go back to this moments of being Your true I AM.
